This was a very short visit with friends to the UNESCO World Heritage island of Ameland on the coast of Friesland. A beautiful little hotel, very friendly and well-equipped. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner were casual but beautifully prepared and attractively served.
